Groups and Schedule

Children in our club are divided into 3 age groups:
  • Younger Group — children aged 6−10 years,
  • Middle Group — teenagers aged 10−14 years,
  • Older Group — youths aged 14−18 years.
Children
6−10 years
We develop basic boxing skills, overall fitness, and discipline.

  • Exercises for coordination, footwork, and balance;
  • Playful exercises to enhance reaction and agility;
  • Partner exercises for evading punches;
  • Establishing stance, mastering basic punches and defensive movements;
  • Learning simple combinations of punches through playful forms;
  • Introduction to boxing rules and basic principles of sports ethics.
Teenagers
10−14 years
We develop the foundations of professional skills and physical endurance.

  • Advanced techniques for precise and powerful punches;
  • Training in defensive techniques: evasion, blocking, and counterattacking;
  • Development of physical strength and endurance;
  • Training on boxing pads;
  • Comprehensive interval training;
  • Exercises to improve distance perception and movement;
  • Introduction to strategy and tactics of fighting.
Youth
14–18 years
We develop mastery and professional skills in boxing.

  • Refinement of striking technique;
  • Practicing punch combinations and defense in sparring conditions;
  • Training skills for working in the ring: movement, timing, and clinching;
  • Development of boxing mindset, tactics, and fight strategy, analyzing opponents;
  • Exercises to develop physical strength and endurance;
  • Organization of training matches to develop competitive skills.

Schedule of Classes

Younger Group (6−10 years):
  • Tuesdays — 18:00—19:00;
  • Thursdays — 18:00—19:00;
  • Saturdays — 17:00—18:00.
Middle Group (10−14 years):
  • Tuesdays — 19:00—20:15;
  • Wednesdays — 17:45—19:00;
  • Saturdays — 18:00—19:00.
Older Group (14−18 years):
  • Tuesdays — 19:00—20:45;
  • Wednesdays — 19:00—20:45;
  • Thursdays — 19:00—20:45;
  • Saturdays — 19:00—20:45.
We conduct training in 2 different halls. On weekdays, we train at the school hall on Reichsapfelgasse 30, 1150. On Saturdays, we train at the school on Grundsteingasse 56, 1160. Please do not mix them up.

Duration of Training Sessions

  • Younger Group (6−10 years): 60 minutes;
  • Middle Group (10−14 years): 75 minutes on weekdays and 60 minutes on Saturday;
  • Older Group (14−18 years): 105 minutes.
